James Barrie, the Scottish author who is best remembered for creating the character Peter Pan, knew something about recognizing the good in people and bringing that joy into the hearts of others through his works. Joshua Stevens, a 12-year-old boy who spent his short life extending the simple act of kindness to others, would certainly have made the perfect subject of a Barrie novel. (continued…)
