A plaque honoring 12-year-old Josh Stevens is displayed in the east field, now dubbed Josh Stevens Park, at the Dos Escuelas Park in Henderson. The plaque was presented by Henderson City Councilman Steve Kirk, who unveiled the plaque to Josh's parents during an event announcing the creation of a foundation in Josh's memory in March 2009. Josh died in a golf cart accident in 2008.
